These terms apply to purchases from Arteva, a brand of Formulate 3D Private Limited, Moti Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By placing an order you agree to them. Contact: arteva.studios@formulate3d.com.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Please keep your name, email and delivery address accurate, as we use them to deliver your order and send updates.

Products

Arteva pieces are 3D printed and finished by hand. Small layer lines and slight colour differences from the photos are part of the process and are not defects. Colours can also look a little different on each screen. Sizes are shown as width × height × depth in inches.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. Payment is taken through our secure payment partner by UPI, card or net banking. An order is confirmed only after the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, no order is placed.

Delivery

Delivery is free across India. The delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate and can change because of courier delays. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns are not accepted, and each 3D printed piece can be slightly different from the photos. Orders can be cancelled until they are dispatched. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days. See returns and support for help with any problem.
