Returns and support
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is 3D printed and finished by hand, so every piece can be slightly different, with small variations in texture, tone and fine detail. We check each piece carefully before it leaves us, and we want you to love it when it arrives.
If something is not right
If your order arrives damaged or a part is missing, our support team is here to help. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right. Small differences from the product photos, such as fine print lines or a slight change in tone, come from how each piece is made and are not treated as damage.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund until it is dispatched from our studio. Once it has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Chat with our support team on WhatsApp to cancel.
